We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover any associated shipping costs. We will issue a refund or send a replacement item once we receive the returned item.

Before placing your order, please make sure the order is correct. Please note that we do not offer cancellations or exchanges due to incorrect orders. This includes incorrect product items, quantities and shipping addresses, etc. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
